We clean ground- and second-floor windows from safe positions. Windows requiring specialized lift equipment above the second floor are outside our standard scope — we'll let you know during the quote.

Often, yes — many spots come off with the right treatment. Mineral deposits that have permanently etched the glass can't be reversed by cleaning; we'll assess and tell you honestly.
Do you clean screens and tracks too?
