What's Included
- Fine dust removal from all surfaces, including hard-to-reach areas (tops of doors, ceiling fan blades, tops of cabinetry)
- HVAC vent and register cleaning (return air vents commonly hold drywall dust)

- Inside-cabinet wipe-down (drawers, shelves, hinges)
- Window interior cleaning — tracks, sills, glass interior (removing construction film, paint dots, dust)
- Appliance cleaning — exteriors and interiors (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher)
- Floor cleaning — sweep, vacuum, mop. Hard surfaces and any installed carpets (vacuuming, not deep extraction)
- Bathroom detail — full sanitation, fixture polish, fresh-look prep
- Light debris removal — drywall scraps, packaging, paint chips, plastic film

The rough phase isn't done until the dust is out of the air vents and the fingerprints are off the new fixtures. Construction dust gets into places that don't show up in a regular clean — return-air registers, top edges of cabinet boxes, inside light fixtures, the gap between baseboard and floor. We do the post-construction work that turns a finished build site into a move-in-ready home.

Post-construction is quoted per project. Variables include square footage and scope (single-room remodel vs. whole-home), how thorough the contractor's rough cleanup was, the phase being performed (final clean is most common), and timeline. What's Not Included
We're upfront about what's not in a standard post-construction cleaning so there are no surprises:
- Major construction debris hauling (we'll bag and bin small debris but not haul off construction waste)
- Exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or window-exterior work
- Structural repair or contractor punch-list completion
- Specialized hazmat (lead, asbestos abatement)

Three-Phase Construction Cleaning Approach
Most residential clients only need Phase 3 (final clean). For larger or longer projects, we offer all three phases:
- Rough Clean — after framing/before drywall. Sweep, debris removal, prep for next trade.
- Interim Clean — after major systems installed (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Dust knockdown so finish trades work in a cleaner environment.
- Final Clean (Move-In Ready) — after all trades are out. The full scope listed above.

Right after the contractor's final cleanup, before your move-in walkthrough. Calling us during the punch-list phase often makes sense — we can clean while last touch-ups happen, so move-in day is actually move-in day.
Do you handle drywall dust specifically?
Yes — drywall dust is one of the main reasons post-construction cleans exist. We address vents, returns, fixtures, and surfaces where drywall dust collects.
Can you work with my general contractor?
Yes — we coordinate directly with GCs frequently and understand the punch-list reality.
Do you coordinate with final inspection?
Yes — we time our work around inspection scheduling.
What about appliance plastic and protective films?
Yes — we remove and dispose of protective films, packaging, and plastic.
