What's Not Included
We're upfront about what's not in a standard move in / move out cleaning so there are no surprises:
- Heavy lifting of remaining furniture
- Biohazard cleanup or pet accidents requiring specialized treatment
- Carpet steam-cleaning (we vacuum; deep extraction is a separate service)
- Exterior windows or pressure washing
- Garage interior cleaning (available as an add-on for some homes)

What to Expect on Your First Cleaning
Move-in/out cleaning is the deepest scope we offer. Every cabinet drawer, every appliance interior, every closet shelf — everything that's normally hidden by furniture and belongings gets cleaned.
Plan on us being in the home for 4–10 hours depending on size and condition. Empty homes go faster than partially-occupied ones, so the more cleared out the space is, the quicker we work.
We finish with a walkthrough so you can see the work before we leave. If anything's off, call within 24 hours — we'll come back.
Online Booking and Client Portal
Phone tag is a waste of your time and ours. Once you're a client, you get a portal: book, reschedule, see your service history, and update payment details on your own time. We're always available by phone too — but most clients prefer the portal once they have it.

How is this different from deep cleaning?
Move in/out cleaning goes deeper into empty spaces — inside all cabinets, appliances, and closets. It's designed for empty homes only, which allows us to clean areas typically occupied by furniture or belongings.
When should I schedule?
For move-out: after movers have taken your belongings. For move-in: before your furniture arrives. This gives us full access to clean every corner.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No — we bring all chemicals and equipment. You don't need to provide anything.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend 2–3 weeks in advance during peak moving season (May–September). Off-season we're often available within 24–48 hours.
Will this help me get my deposit back?
Most clients in our move-out cleanings do recover their full deposit. We can't guarantee landlord behavior, but we can guarantee the home is move-out clean to professional standards.
Can you clean the garage?
Garage cleaning is sometimes available as an add-on depending on condition. Mention it when you book and we'll quote separately.
Do you handle inside-fridge cleaning?
Yes — interior fridge cleaning is part of our standard move-in/out scope.
What if I'm not satisfied?

How do you handle pets at the property?
Most move-in/out cleanings happen with no occupants present. If pets are around (e.g. for a move-in), we love them — let us know in advance.
