Choose Your Frequency
Weekly
Best for busy households, homes with pets, or larger families. Same cleaner each visit when possible. Keeps the home consistently spotless.
Bi-Weekly
Our most popular frequency. The sweet spot between cost and cleanliness for most households. Bi-weekly cleaning catches dirt before it builds.
Monthly
Works well as a supplement to regular light upkeep. Often pairs with seasonal Deep Cleans every 6–12 months.
What's Included
- Dusting all surfaces (furniture, fixtures, baseboards as needed)
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs; mopping hard floors
- Bathroom sanitation (toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors)
- Kitchen cleaning (counters, sinks, stovetop, microwave exterior, appliance exteriors)
- Trash removal
- Bed-making (if requested)
- Spot cleaning of glass and mirrors
Why recurring works: most homes get dirtier slowly — recurring service catches dirt before it becomes a deep-clean problem. Bi-weekly cleaning keeps your home consistently clean for less per visit than letting it pile up and needing periodic deep cleans.
Pet-friendly home? So is our team. We've been known to stop and give a friendly dog a scratch behind the ears mid-clean.
per cleaning
Most homes pay $130–$280 per cleaning. Bi-weekly is our most popular frequency.

How Pricing Works
We publish pricing because we believe you should know what you're paying before you call. Most Sacramento homes fall into these tiers — your exact quote depends on home size, condition, and scope:
Smaller homes (≤1,200 sqft, weekly)
$130–$170
Lower end of our recurring range.
Mid-size homes (1,200–1,800 sqft, bi-weekly)
$160–$220
Most common booking.
Larger homes (1,800+ sqft, monthly)
$220–$280
Larger sqft and longer-cadence visits.
What's Not Included
We're upfront about what's not in a standard recurring house cleaning so there are no surprises:
- Heavy lifting of furniture (we'll clean around or under what you can move beforehand)
- Biohazard cleanup or pet accidents requiring specialized treatment
- Inside-oven or inside-fridge cleaning (available as add-ons — just ask)
- Laundry, dishes, or grocery put-away (we focus on cleaning, not personal organization)
Need something on this list? Some of it can be added for an additional fee — just mention it when you book.
What to Expect on Your First Cleaning
The first cleaning takes a little longer than your ongoing visits — we're learning your home, your preferences, and the spots that need extra attention. We'll arrive on time, walk through with you (or follow your written instructions if you're not home), and get to work.
For new recurring clients, the first cleaning is a Deep Clean. This sets the baseline so future maintenance visits can be efficient and thorough. Once we've reset the home, your bi-weekly or monthly visits go faster and stay focused on keeping things clean rather than catching up.
After we leave, take a look around. If anything's off, call within 24 hours and we'll come back to make it right.
A lot of our recurring clients work long hours in the Aerojet/Intel/Folsom tech corridor or at the Capitol. They tell us the same thing: they want their weekends back. Recurring service hands you back the time you'd otherwise lose to scrubbing baseboards on a Saturday.
Online Booking and Client Portal
Phone tag is a waste of your time and ours. Once you're a client, you get a portal: book, reschedule, see your service history, and update payment details on your own time. We're always available by phone too — but most clients prefer the portal once they have it.
Gift Cleanings
The best gift is often the thing nobody buys for themselves. New parents in the first month. Someone recovering from surgery. Mother's Day, Father's Day, a thank-you. The neighbor going through a hard season. We do gift cleanings year-round — call (916) 404-2466 and we'll set it up.
Recurring House Cleaning — Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I get recurring cleaning?
Most of our clients choose bi-weekly cleaning — it's the sweet spot between cost and cleanliness. Weekly is great for busy households or homes with pets. Monthly works well as a supplement to regular light cleaning.
Will I get the same cleaner each time?
Yes, whenever possible. We try to assign consistent cleaners to your home so they learn your preferences and you build a trusting relationship.
What's required before my first recurring cleaning?
All new recurring clients start with an initial deep clean. This sets the baseline so ongoing maintenance cleanings can be efficient and thorough.
What if I need to skip a week?
No problem — just give us at least 48 hours notice and we'll reschedule or skip without any issue.
Do I need to be home?
No — most of our clients provide a key, door code, or lockbox. We'll confirm all details before your first clean.
Are pets okay?
Absolutely. We love pets — our team enjoys friendly dogs and cats and will gladly work around them. Just let us know about any pets when you book so we can prepare accordingly.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — all standard cleaning supplies and equipment are included.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Call us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean at no charge. That's our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Are you insured?
Yes — fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
Can I get a gift cleaning for someone else?
Yes — popular for new parents, recovering family members, and Mother's/Father's Day. Call to arrange.
